Bioprox Yo-Prox 947 is a blend of cultures in freeze-dried form for direct vat inoculation. Mix of the following strains: Streptoccus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus Suitable for yoghurt, continental and hard cheese manufacturing. Suitable for vegetarian and gluten-free diets. Not suitable for vegan diet. Suitable for use as a frozen pot yoghurt. Suitable for making Icecream. 20U sachet covers  up to 1000 litres milk. Culture has a long shelf life when kept in a cool environment.
