Bioprox Vegi-Prox RP80 suits both lactic and non lactic applications which covers lactic, vegetarian and vegan applications Bioprox Vegi Prox RP 80 has been developed for the biopreservation of plant based fermented products. It is composed of Lactobacillus strains selected for their inhibitory capacities against a large range of microorganisms including mouls and yeasts. Thus when Vegi-Prox RP 80 is combined with lactic starters we observe a limited growth of spoilage microorganisms during the shelf life of the resulting fermented product 30D Unit sachet covers 3000 litres milk.
