Before opening the package, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water or disinfect your hands with a disinfectant (containing at least 60% alcohol); 2. Holding the rubber bands, unfold the mask with both hands; 3. Put the mask on your face covering your mouth and nose; 4. Pull the rubber straps towards the ears and place or attach the straps to the adjustable strap and fasten around the head; 5. Adjust the position of the nose clip until you completely cover the nose; 6. Press the mask against your face with both hands. Precautions: 1.
