Our dog is 13 years old and had problems with her kneecaps from the start. But we didn't do an operation (it was planned) because we had brought in a second dog at the time and we weren't sure whether the operation would fix her knees. We did a lot of physical therapy for this. Because of her pain, we have now ordered the Duo 6 4. She is moving much better again, running and jumping around.
